Shipping

Items under 85 lbs, including guitars and most amplifiers, can be shipped to addresses within the United States. Oversized items or items that are over 150 lbs when packed must be freighted. Contact us for a shipping quote.

In-store pickup is available for all items by appointment only. The Tropical Fish store is located at Sonis Music Studios, 25 Main Street, Tuckahoe, NY 10707. 

Delivery is available to addresses within 125 miles of Tuckahoe, NY for an additional fee. This includes New York City, Philadelphia, New Jersey, and southwest Connecticut. To inquire whether your address falls within our delivery zone, contact us.

Sometimes, we can offer special long-distance delivery to addresses within the continental United States. The price of long-distance delivery is typically comparable to freight, except unlike freight we will personally pack up the instrument and drive it to your door. Depending on whether we have further business in your area, we can sometimes beat the price of a freight service and offer the peace of mind of safe travels for your new instrument.
