These screws are the correct size for mounting oval speakers in the lid of a 200-series Wurlitzer electronic piano. They are silver in color, but can be painted black (like the original 200a speaker screws) or a custom color to match or contrast the lid of your Wurlitzer. However, because 200-series Wurlitzers have a lot of silver hardware, these screws also look very nice as-is.

How to paint these screws. To paint the screws, first make sure they are clean of any oils (including oils from the fingers of anyone who has recently handled them). Then, mount the screws in an upright position (for instance, by screwing them into a piece of scrap wood, or taping them upright, or any other way of securing them into place). Only the top of the screws will be visible, but you will probably want to spray the underside of the screw head as well, for good measure. Apply a layer of metal primer, then paint with any spray paint that is formulated for metal.

Speaker screws for other models are also available. Screws for mounting 700 speakers can be found here. Screws for mounting 8” round speakers in 200-series cabinet models, such as 206 and 214, can be found here.
