Realistic Musideck
We acquired our first Realistic Musideck because the chrome legs reminded us of Wurlitzer legs. We didn’t know anything else about it, and we did not have high hopes for the sound quality. But it turned out to be very cool, and it’s now one of our favorite keyboards!
Converted Wurlitzer 206A
This 206A had been played for many years, and it was ready for refreshed felt and a rebuilt amplifier. Although the consumable parts were worn-out, the wood was still in great shape and the final result was a great-playing keyboard. Restoring a keyboard that is well-used but otherwise in great condition is always a satisfying project!
Selmer Clavioline
The Selmer Clavioline is an early 1950s synthesizer. It comes in two parts: a keyboard and an amplifier, which were originally connected via a thick control harness. We rebuilt the amplifier in a new chassis, in order to significantly reduce the noise floor while preserving the unique warm tone of the instrument.
