Plastic grommet for Wurlitzer harp new production

New production nylon shoulder washers for Wurlitzer 200, 200A (206, 203, 214 etc) harps. These are the same hole size and fit both above and under the four mounting screw holes of each Wurlitzer harp (treble and bass). Therefore 16 of these washers are needed in total for the keyboard. They play an important role in mounting your harp to the brackets, and allow the harp and reeds to resonate properly.

Notes on the new production shoulder washers. These washers are a few thousandths of an inch thinner than the original washers. They are a perfect drop in replacement for the top washers that sit on the top of the harp. If using this new washer under the harp (between the harp and the bracket), either use four of the same size, or shim the newer washer (we can provide paper shim punchings).

A note on harp shimming. Almost all Wurlitzer harps require shims and were shimmed right in the factory when the keyboards were newly produced. This is because if there is any twist-tension to the harp (either due to the harp metal itself being uneven, or the bracket, or the washer) that can negatively affect the resonance of the harp. So the harp should sit perfectly even with no tipping before it is screwed down.
