Casiotone 7000

$295.00

This is one of the most ambitious Casiotones ever made. It is a great source of the unmistakable early Casio keyboard sounds we have come to love. It has a great e. piano and piano sound, fun organ sounds, useful flute sounds, and more. The drum beats are very smooth and usable, and you can independently reduce the rhythm pattern as needed.

This was introduced in 1983 and was a flagship keyboard for Casio. It has 20 instrument sounds, 12 rhythms, automatic accompaniment, and a built in multi-track sequencer. This was very sophisticated for its time.

This Casiotone 7000 comes with a matching original hard case, and its original power cord.

About the Casiotone 7000

The Casiotone 7000 is a pretty remarkable keyboard. In addition to its 61 full sized keys, and large sound bank, it has eight-note polyphonic sound engine, stereo speakers, and a built-in recording system.

But what we love the most is the sound! The early digital Casio voices have a sound that is all their own.

Features include:

  • 61 full-size keys

  • 20 preset instrument sounds

  • 8-note polyphony

  • 12 built-in rhythms with automatic accompaniment

  • Multitrack recording and playback

  • Vibrato, delayed vibrato, and sustain functions

  • Built-in stereo speakers

  • Left and right outputs, ability to use a damper/sustain pedal, foot-volume pedal option, master tune, headphones out

  • Digitally displayed tempo control

Condition notes:

This Casiotone is in great cosmetic condition, no doubt thanks to the hard case it has been stored in (which is also in great shape). The case looks great, but two of the buckles take a little coaxing to close fully. Otherwise, great!
