Since 2016, Tropical Fish has restored vintage Wurlitzer and Rhodes electronic pianos. We specialize in full restorations that encompass rebuilds of the mechanical action and electronics.

Wurlitzer 200 Series
Wurlitzer 112, 120 and 140 Series
Wurlitzer and Rhodes electronic pianos have a much more complicated mechanical action than most other vintage analog keyboards. Because action parts work as a system, full playability requires addressing worn felt and other components throughout the keyboard. Our approach includes replacing certain types of felt across all registers, rather than limiting repair to individual flaws.
Wurlitzer 200 and 200A start at $3800. To give us time to fully focus on your instrument, we limit 200-series restorations that we accept to one per month.
To account for the larger scale and increased wiring of the instrument, console models such as the 203 and 214 begin at $4200.
Student and teacher model restorations, including conversion to 200 or 200A specifications, begin at $5200.
Early Wurlitzer models are evaluated individually.
